REFUND POLICY
At Exsure, we are committed to delivering high-quality biotechnology products and research-based solutions. Given the specialized and scientific nature of our offerings, we strive to maintain transparency, fairness, and strict quality control in all transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for purchases made through direct inquiries or via whatsapp and email. As all transactions are conducted outside our website, they are subject to the specific terms detailed below.
We encourage all customers to carefully review product specifications, regulatory considerations, and consult with our team before making a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this policy.
- No Automatic Refunds
Due to the scientific, research-based, and customized nature of Exsure’s biotechnology products, research materials, and proprietary solutions, all sales are final and not eligible for an automatic refund once the order is confirmed. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances as outlined below.
- Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered only in the following cases:
- Defective or Damaged Product: If the product received is contaminated, compromised, damaged during transit, or non-functional due to manufacturing defects, the buyer must notify Exsure within 15 days of receipt, providing clear photographic or video evidence. Exsure reserves the right to inspect, verify, and test the claim before processing any refund.
- Incorrect Product Delivered: If the product received does not match the order specifications, a refund or replacement request must be submitted within 15 days of receipt. The product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and with intact labelling for the claim to be considered.
- Non-Delivery of Product: If the product has not been delivered within the agreed timeframe due to an error on Exsure’s part, a refund request must be submitted within 15 days from the expected delivery date. However, delays caused by third-party logistics, customs clearance, regulatory holds, or force majeure events do not qualify for a refund.
- Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the buyer must:
- Contact Exsure at sales@exsure.in within 15 days of the issue occurring.
- Provide proof of purchase, order details, and relevant supporting evidence (such as images, reports, or testing documentation).
- Allow Exsure to review the request, which may include additional verification, laboratory testing, or an inspection of the returned product.
- If the refund is approved, Exsure will process the refund within 30 business days via the original payment method or an alternative mutually agreed upon method.
- Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Change of mind, incorrect order placement, or any request for cancellation after order confirmation.
- Improper handling, misuse, storage, or non-compliance with Exsure’s guidelines that result in product deterioration.
- Products that have been opened, altered, partially used, or repackaged in any manner.
- Any request made beyond the specified refund request period.
- Delays or failures caused by third-party logistics, customs authorities, regulatory approvals, or force majeure events beyond Exsure’s control.
- Bulk, customized, or made-to-order products, which are tailored for specific research or industrial purposes.
- Products that have been used for experimental, diagnostic, or clinical applications, making them unsuitable for resale or reuse.
- Replacement or Exchange Policy
If a refund is not feasible, Exsure reserves the right to offer a product replacement or exchange, subject to availability and at its sole discretion. In such cases, the replacement product shall be of equivalent value and functionality.
- Product Handling and Return Requirements
In cases where a return is required for a refund or replacement, the buyer must:
- Ensure that the product is securely packed in its original condition, including all labels, packaging, and documentation.
- Ship the product only after receiving return authorization from Exsure.
- Bear return shipping costs unless the issue was due to an error on Exsure’s part.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in India

Exsure reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on Exsure’s official communication channels.
