Exsure is India’s first patented exosome-based targeted drug delivery Platform, designed to enhance the effectiveness of chemotherapy by selectively targeting cancer stem cells while minimizing damage to healthy cells. By reducing chemotherapy-induced toxicity, Exsure aims to improve patient outcomes, including relapse-free survival. Additionally, Exsure provides specialized outsourcing services for cancer stem cell and exosome research, offering solutions for isolation, characterization, and bioengineering of exosome-based drug delivery systems.
- DEFINITION

- DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator, appointed mutually by the parties, with the seat and venue in India. The proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the above, Exsure reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief before competent courts in India to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or business interests. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to arbitration, the courts in Odisha, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
