I have tried their EXOSURE exosome isolation kit to get exosomes from mammalian cell culture media. After the initial characterization of the isolated pellets we could get similar or comparable data as that of other established precipitation based isolation reagents. First of all thank you Abhishek sir and Swastika Ma'am for giving me this opportunity as an intern at ExSURE Pvt. Ltd. and I very much glad to a part of ExSURE. This one month experience taught me a lot and I really enjoyed while working with Lipsa Dii and Shrikrishna Bhaiya thanks for always guiding me. In ExSURE I learned about cell culture, RNA Isolation, DNA Isolation and many more molecular techniques which will help me in my future. ExSURE is a very good laboratory at Bhubaneswar with advanced technology. And one thing I want to say that all members at ExSURE are very much friendly for this I learned well. Keep achieving.
